George Parsons is a proven principal in the areas of leadership growth, team development, behavior and cultural training and business and engineering process improvement.

George spent 30+ years employed by various manufacturing and engineering companies in the areas of engineering, operations and quality. His responsibilities included such positions as Design Engineer, Materials Manager, Plant Manager, Director of Quality and Vice President of 

Engineering and Chief Technology Officer.

During the majority of these 30 years, George was leading various technical and operations teams utilizing his skills and expertise in Behavioral Type Analysis and Training, Cultural Training, Leadership Development and business processes such as Stage Gated Product Development, Innovation and Creativity enhancement, quality systems, problem solving and balanced scorecard pay systems.

George is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. George, along with his wife, Carolyn, have raised three daughters using these same tools and skills leading to the development of courses for parents and families to better understand the impact of behavioral styles on the family unit.
