Our founder has over 30 years experience in leading teams in both manufacturing and technical environments.  His skills include the real world application of behavioral type training and cultural analysis along with business process training in leadership, product development and quality systems.  He, along with his wife, have raised three daughters using these same tools to improve understanding and increase happiness and satisfaction within the family unit.

With the pace of change in today's world, it is vital to equip leaders and future leaders with the correct skills and tools needed for continuous improvement n growth.
